As head of iNDEMAND’s HR and Administration departments, Soheila Ataei oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits & compensation, legal compliance, and training & development. She has deep experience as an HR leader in the entertainment industry, and has held various staff and consulting positions at Imagine Entertainment, Scripps Networks, Starz Media, G4TV, and USA Networks, among others. Soheila graduated with a BA in English from her hometown in Tehran, Iran and she is a graduate of the BMLI Executive Leadership program.
