CABLE'S MOVIES ON DEMAND (MOD) CONTENT
MOD will be the Featured Content Provider for the Launch of
Pizza Hut's Brand New "Entertainment Hut"
New York, January 18, 2011 - Leading Movies On Demand (MOD) distributor iN DEMAND has joined with respected national brand Pizza Hut and their digital agency Triad Digital Media to be the featured content provider of a new innovative online experience to reside within the newly launching "Entertainment Hut." Over the next several months, customers who order a pizza online will be entertained while waiting for their delivery by cable's MOD promotional content. Through this unique online destination, visitors to the Pizza Hut order page at www.pizzahut.com will see entertaining movie trailers, video clips and movie trivia, as well as a listing of suggested movies available immediately from their cable system's MOD lineup.
This promotion is a logical connection to an audience that is planning to enjoy a meal at home and might be looking for entertainment to compliment their dining experience. The movies recommended will be geared to family entertainment, such as comedies, action movies, or family movies. All films featured on the Entertainment Hut site will be available to order immediately on cable, with just a click of the remote. Cable's MOD gets major new release titles often the same day as they are available on DVD and many come to cable weeks before Netflix or Redbox.
