EMILY C. LEWIS JOINS iN DEMAND AS
DIRECTOR, BUSINESS AFFAIRS & SENIOR COUNSEL
New York, May 5, 2008-Emily C. Lewis has joined iN DEMAND as Director, Business Affairs & Senior Counsel, it was announced today by Michael Berman, Senior Vice President, Business Affairs & General Counsel, to whom she will report. Ms. Lewis' responsibilities will include working with the rest of the business affairs team in drafting, negotiating and reviewing agreements related to iN DEMAND'S many products and services such as Howard TV, Movies On Demand, Events On Demand, Sports iN DEMAND, iN DEMAND Pay-Per-View and the company's high definition network, MOJO HD. She will also supervise copyright and trademark enforcement and provide counsel on marketing issues and actual or potential litigation for the company. She is based in iN DEMAND's New York headquarters.
Prior to joining iN DEMAND, Ms. Lewis was an Associate in the Business & Finance Department at Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP, where she represented cable television and publishing companies in mergers & acquisitions. Prior to that, she was an associate with Littman Krooks LLP.
Ms. Lewis received her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Radio, Television and Film, from the University of Texas. She is presently a member of Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.
