Quality Control Associate
Position: Quality Control Associate
Reports To: Senior Manager, VOD Operations
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:
iN DEMAND, the world’s leading aggregator and supplier of Video-On-Demand, Pay-Per-View and HDTV content, is seeking a quality control associate to assure the technical integrity of iN DEMAND’s programming.
GENERAL RESPONSIBIILITIES:
• Quality control movies, movie trailers, television programming and other related programming for anomalies before they are delivered to the On Demand platforms iN Demand serves. (Some Rated R material included)
• Quality control metadata.
• Create reports for content that is quality controlled.
• Assist with barcoding and filing materials as needed.
• Create daily content delivery reports for iND VOD department.
REQUIREMENTS:
• College degree, preferred and in related area
• Minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in cable or related industry
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is essential
• Must be detail oriented
• Must be willing to work flexible hours
IMPORTANT:
We have 3 full-time openings for this position with the following hours, although business needs may require changes to the schedules below:
2 full-time positions – 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Mon – Thursday and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Friday
1 full-time position – 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Mon – Thursday, 4:00 PM to 10:30 PM on Friday and 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM on Saturday
